We currently accept only accept Payments via Credit/Debit Card and PayPal only.
All orders are billed in Singapore Dollars (SGD)First Time Order
For 1st orders, customers will have to arrange to pick up their orders at our 5 partner locations listed below, and get a complimentary eye health check.

Subsequent Orders
We offer Free Shipping within Singapore for a minimum purchase of $100.
Postage costs will apply for any orders outside of Singapore.
We will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped out and you will be able to track your order. Typically takes 5-7 business days for you to receive your lenses after placing the order.
5 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We guarantee the quality of our contact lenses 100%! We stand by our quality promise and therefore no returns are required! However, if you find that your purchase does not fit you as well as you like it, simply contact us for a replacement.
Customers are eligible for a replacement within 5 business days. All returns must be in full packaging and in good original condition. For contact lenses, security tags must be in place.

REFUND POLICY
Do note there is a service fee of $5 for any refund request - as PayPal charges will not be refunded to us.
REPLACEMENT POLICY
We will entertain all replacement requests at no extra admin cost! However, please bear in mind the following:
- Only unopened boxes are eligible for replacement
- Return charges to be borne by customer and customer is required to send the product back to us with full packaging and un-opened boxed.
- We do not accept returns for products which are broken or delivered incorrectly.
- Alternatively, you may walk in to our partner stores, show proof of purchase and perform the exchange there.
- The value of the replacement lenses has to be of the same or equal value as the previous Order. No refunds will be given for orders which are of lower value.
Contact Lenses Note: In the event that you receive defective contact lenses, please do not throw them away. Many manufacturers require the original defective lenses for analysis. If the contact lens manufacturer agrees that the lenses are indeed defective, then a replacement will be issued at no additional cost. Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same brand and type of contact lenses and prescription.
